On the garden level, you step straight into a very cosy living area with its fitted kitchen, dining space and small TV sitting area.
Upstairs are the two large interconnecting bedrooms (one 160 cm double bed and two 90 cm single beds), with a shared shower room and a separate toilet.
Settle in under the outdoor canopy for lunch, or simply to relax and enjoy the surrounding countryside.

Outside
A canopy for lunch in the shade, a garden where children can play table tennis and badminton, and the whole La Métairie estate to explore on foot or by bike. Ma Maisonnette is a stone’s throw from La Maison de Ninette (sleeps 12) and Chez Loulou (sleeps 4), so a large family can gather on the estate without everyone living under the same roof.
10 minutes from Agen, in the heart of South-West France
Agen and its TGV station are 10 km away (Paris in 3 hours 12 minutes, Bordeaux in 1 hour 20 minutes, Toulouse in 1 hour 10 minutes). The Agen Bon-Encontre golf course is 2 minutes away, the Canal de Garonne greenway 5 km away, Happy Forest and the Pont-du-Casse animal park just a few minutes away, and Walygator and Aqualand 20 minutes away.
