Chez Loulou is the ideal holiday home for recharging your batteries in Lot-et-Garonne. It is just 3 minutes from La Métairie, on the same farming estate.
You’ll love its large fireplace, exposed beams and stone walls.
On the ground floor you’ll find a large living area with a fitted kitchen and dining space, a separate sitting room with TV, a shower room, a separate toilet and a utility room that doubles as a pantry. On the first floor are the two large bedrooms, fitted with hemp mattresses (four 90 cm single beds).
Make the most of the south-facing terrace for meals and lazy afternoons, and set off on lovely walks in the woods… A real taste of country life, just a stone’s throw from Agen.

The house
A 130 m² former tenant farmer’s house, renovated with its large fireplace, beams and wooden floors kept intact. On the ground floor, a fitted kitchen with dining area, a sitting room, a shower room, a toilet and a utility room. Upstairs, two bedrooms with four 90 cm single beds and hemp mattresses. Bed linen and towels provided, Wi-Fi. The gîte has a 3-star Gîtes de France rating and holds the Accueil Vélo label.
Outside
A south-facing terrace for meals and long summer evenings, and beyond it the La Métairie estate, with its meadows and paths to explore on foot or by bike. Chez Loulou shares the estate with La Maison de Ninette (sleeps 12) and Ma Maisonnette (sleeps 4): up to 20 beds for a family or group who want to be together while each keeping a house of their own.
10 minutes from Agen, in the heart of South-West France
Agen and its TGV station are 10 km away (Paris in 3 hours 12 minutes, Bordeaux in 1 hour 20 minutes, Toulouse in 1 hour 10 minutes). The Agen Bon-Encontre golf course is 2 minutes away, the Canal de Garonne greenway 5 km away, the riding centre, Happy Forest and the Pont-du-Casse animal park just a few minutes away, and Walygator and Aqualand 20 minutes away.
