Family reunions and get-togethers in a large house in South-West France

The whole family under one roof, 10 minutes from Agen
A large house where everyone comes together: La Maison de Ninette is made for family reunions, milestone birthdays and holidays with the whole clan. Ten minutes from Agen, between Bordeaux and Toulouse, it brings the family together in the heart of South-West France.
A room each, all together
Five bedrooms in the house, and two extra gîtes a stone’s throw away
A 400 m² house with five bedrooms, each with its own shower room and toilet. The bedrooms have twin beds. On the ground floor, a 30 m² step-free bedroom is adapted for guests with reduced mobility.
The house sleeps twelve, and up to twenty with Ma Maisonnette and Chez Loulou, the estate’s two self-contained 3-star gîtes. Young couples or families with a baby can enjoy their own privacy there while staying just a few steps from the main house.

A house for long tables
The central space seats twelve, twenty or even thirty around one table. The kitchen, with its central island and direct access to the garden, is the true heart of the house: this is where everyone cooks together and where breakfast lingers on and on.
In the evening, the cosy sitting room brings everyone together for board games, while the youngest battle it out over the table football in the English-style sitting room.
Children outdoors, parents at ease
A 3 × 10 m saltwater lap pool, heated in the warmer months, with a roller shutter cover. Wooded grounds and an orchard to run around in. Several hectares of meadows, woods and paths for walks and bike rides. Dogs are welcome, though not in the bedrooms or on the sofas.
The Walygator and Aqualand theme parks are twenty minutes away, and the treetop adventure course and animal park at Pont-du-Casse just a few minutes away. Our welcome guide lists the outings children love.

Everything is taken care of
Bed linen, towels and pool towels provided, end-of-stay cleaning included, Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the upstairs bedrooms, and a cot and high chair on request. All you need to bring are your suitcases and the birthday cake.
